Nisia achieved a master’s degree in mathematics with a minor in statistics at the University of Neuchatel (2023), where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree in mathematics (2021).

Her main areas of expertise are dynamical systems and Markov chains. Additionally, she specializes in developing web applications.

Dr. Meta-Lina Spohn

Data Scientist

Meta-Lina obtained a PhD in Statistics from ETH Zurich in 2023. Previously, she studied Mathematics at ETH Zurich (BSc and MSc).

Her main areas of expertise are causality, treatment effect estimation, and handling of missing values.

She is experienced in the use of the software R for statistical modelling and is co-author of two R-packages.

Administration

Karin Lancetti

Administration

Karin graduated from the Scuola Superiore Alberghiera e del Turismo in Bellinzona in 2008.

Since then she has worked in several large companies in the tourism sector as Marketing Assistant and as Front and Back Office Manager. This has given her a wealth of knowledge in administration, as well as excellent people, communication and problem solving skills.

Karin is in charge of administration at ZDS.

Stella Koch

Administration

Stella studied Agronomy (MSc) and Health and Nutrition (MAS) at ETH Zürich.

While traveling trough Asia as well as back home she continued to study, do courses and practice permaculture, various natural therapies, food transformations and yoga.

Stella has worked for several small companies, in start ups and as a freelancer, mainly in the field of nature, health and nutrition. At ZDS Stella takes care of creating beatiful seasonal presents.

Extended Team

Dr. Fabio Sigrist
